It is used for Alzheimers disease, dementia, memory dysfunction, alcoholism, Raynaud's phenomenon, DVT, stroke, tardive dyskinesia, dyslexia, brain injury, vertigo.

It can cause diarrhea, weight gain, somnolence, insomnia, nervousness, depression, hyperkinesia, rash.

It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug.

This medicine should be used with caution in patients having an impairment of kidney function. Suitable dose adjustments are advised based on the extent of impairment.

May impair ability to drive or perform hazardous tasks

The use of this medicine should not be discontinued abruptly as some patients may feel symptoms of withdrawal.

It should be used with caution in patients suffering from a disease of the heart of the blood vessels. Any incidence of a clotting disorder should be promptly reported to the doctor.

This drug is known to cause issues during pregnancy, therefore please do not take this drug if you are pregnant.
