Nimoden Tab 30 MG 30'S

It is used to decrease problems due to a certain type of bleeding in the brain (subarachnoid hemorrhage-SAH).

It can cause Dizziness, Headache, Fatigue, Nausea, Constipation, Rashes, GI upset, Hypotension, Flushing, Joint pain.

It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug.

Before taking nimodipine, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or to other dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers (such as amlodipine, nifedipine); or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details.

Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: chest pain/recent heart attack, low blood pressure, recent head injury, liver disease.

Peripheral edema may occur within 2-3weeks of initiating therapy.
